This fully equipped Florida home has everything you’ll need to enjoy your vacation, located in a very quiet family neighborhood, absolutely not a party area.
The Cottage is ideally located close to restaurants and dining, the beach, parks, and art and culture.

The space

The Double lounge and Florida room has direct access to the pool with three double french door, soaked in Sunlight. Great Family layout suitable for 4/5 people, Master bedroom with Queen bed, second bedroom is with two Twins and the Lounge has an extra daybed on request. Large outdoor BBQ area with outdoor dining

Guest access

The complete home is at the disposition of the guests, Double car parking in the driveway , with extra parking on the street. Swimming pool and BBQ area. We ask everyone to have respect for our neighbors and the house. Entertaining in the front garden or porch is not permitted.

Location

The home is located in lake Worth Beach in a very quiet family neighborhood, restaurants and local stores downtown is just 1 mile away. The intercostal is just one block from the house. Access to the beach park is just 1.9 miles, and local fishing pier. Lake Worth Beach Golf Course along the Intracoastal Waterway with a pro shop & a restaurant/bar is 5 blocks away on a walk distance.

Our property is located in quiet, residential area where nature and peace are distinctive elements and where noises, loud talking and disturbance of peace, especially at night, are not welcomed at all; please, respect the quietness of our land.
Please exercise discretion regarding noise and activity so as not to disturb the neighbors.
NO PARTIES We don’t allow Parties or Events to be held on the premisesThe house may NOT be occupied by more guests than specified in the rental contract. Rates are based on occupancy and additional fees may apply
