Romantic getaway newly renovated luxury Garden cottage is a 350 square foot open space studio apartment, with dimmable lights, Small fully equipped Kitchen, Microwave, hotplates, Fridge /Freezer, only 6 blocks from downtown restaurants and bars and 200 yards from Bryant Park and its stunning Intracoastal water views. brand new pillow top mattress, 100% high thread count cotton sheets changed weekly if you decide to stay longer, fresh, soft towels and washcloths, high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and soap for guests to use. We also supply you with initial stocks of paper towels, toilet paper, dish and hand soap, Bicycles, beach chairs, and Beach Umbrella,
Extra single bed added on request to sleep, 3rd person.

Our property is located in quiet, residential area where nature and peace are distinctive elements and where noises, loud talking and disturbance of peace, especially at night, are not welcomed at all; please, respect the quietness of our land.
